Farrakh Tariq Assistant Professor and Consultant Speech Therapist conducted a comprehensive Clinical Practice Conference (CPC) at RMI on “Understanding Autism Spectrum Disorder and Its Management.” The session highlighted the rising global prevalence of ASD, key symptoms, major contributing factors, and the importance of detailed history-taking and multidisciplinary assessment. Mr. Farrakh also outlined evidence-based management approaches and showcased the specialized services available at RMI for children with autism, including the initiation of inclusive and specialized assessments at the Child Development Center (CDC). The CPC provided valuable insights for healthcare professionals and reinforced RMI’s commitment to advancing quality care and early intervention for individuals with neurodevelopmental needs.
