She has nearly five years of clinical experience with a specialization in neuro patient care. Her expertise includes the comprehensive assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of neurological disorders. She is skilled at delivering specialized care and demonstrating a high level of proficiency in managing neuro patients. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she leads a team, guiding them in patient management both in outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) settings. She also contributes to the education of future healthcare professionals by teaching students from RCRS and other medical universities.

As the Neuro Team Lead, I oversee the comprehensive assessment, management, and progression of neuro patients within the Outpatient Department (OPD). My role involves ensuring meticulous documentation in both the Inpatient Department (IPD) and OPD and facilitating patient referrals from neuro IPD to neuro OPD to enhance patient volume and care efficiency. Additionally, I am responsible for training interns and students in neuro management techniques and serve as a supervisor in the Supervised Clinical Practice (SCP) program, focusing on patient satisfaction and follow-up to drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes.
